The initial tenure of a Ponggol Nasi Lemak Franchise Agreement depends on the type of franchise. The tenure is typically 6 years for a Single Unit Franchise and 10 years for an Area Franchise.
The initial tenure of a Single Unit Franchise may be renewed for another 6 years, and the tenure of an Area Franchise may be renewed for another 10 years.
Renewals are subject to the franchisee having not committed any material breach of the terms in the Franchise Agreement. There is a renewal fee to be paid and this fee will be based on the prevailing Franchise Fee at the time of the renewal. The renewal fee shall be paid before the expiry of the initial tenure. Any renewal of the initial tenure shall be solely be at our discretion.
There is an Initial Franchise Fee (which is non-refundable) for a Ponggol Nasi Lemak Franchise. There is also a monthly Royalty based on a certain percentage of the monthly Gross Sales Revenue of the franchise business, subject to a minimum monthly amount for each Ponggol Nasi Lemak restaurant. Other fees include a Location Fee, which is applicable for an Area Franchise.
Other investment costs to be borne by you are renovation cost, furniture and fittings cost, equipment cost, software cost, license fees, working capital and rental charges.
We will provide comprehensive training for you and your key employees on the standards, processes, procedures and methods needed to operate a Ponggol Nasi Lemak restaurant.
We will also provide you with a detailed Franchise Operations Manual to guide you in managing and running the franchise operations. In addition, on-site support for the opening of your first Ponggol Nasi Lemak restaurant will be provided.
The size of a Ponggol Nasi Lemak restaurant typically ranges from 200 to 2000 square feet, which can seat bewteen 10 to 100 customers depending on business model.
We do not provide claims to financial returns that you can make. The achievable sales revenue and returns you can make will depend on a number of factors, such as your ability to control operational costs and the business conditions of your territory.
